These terms govern the use of the Virtual Marketer platform and services offered by SGS Virtual Marketer GmbH ("we", "us").

Scope

These terms apply to all services provided by SGS Virtual Marketer GmbH, including but not limited to AI text, image and video generation, AI agents, the coding API, and feed enrichment tools.

Usage

Access to paid features is billed according to the word/usage budget associated with your plan. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing it, and for ensuring your use of our services complies with applicable law.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where reasonably possible.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable German law. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of AI-generated content that was not reviewed before publication.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
